Cleanse Outline

This is the schedule that we follow and recommend you to follow during your cleanse!

-Wake up: Big glass of water (add lemon juice for extra flavor! 

​

-Every 2-2.5 hours after: drink one full 500ml (16oz) juice (within 30 minutes of opening it) 

​

-KEEP IT CONSISTENT

Lots of the time people will feel really hungry during their cleanse due to not drinking enough juice.

​

-Stay hydrated during the day, drinking 2 glasses of water per juice. 

​

-2 hours prior to going to sleep have your last juice finished. 

​

-Be sure to drink a glass of water before bed.

​
